Superman
Seat Grab

This is a very advanced trick and only recommended to the very experienced riders.
Start working up to this trick by jumping your jump of choice and taking your "grab hand" off of the bars and grabbing your grab hole. this is arguably the most important aspect of this trick. If you are not comfortable with your grab hole and hand position, you won't excel with this move. The next thing to practice is doing a "no footer" after you grab the hole. Secure your hand on the grab location, and then spread those legs! This will acquaint you with the feeling of having your legs of while grabbing. Work on this method of grabing first, then taking off your legs. Gradually more and more each time, try to push your legs further and further off of the bike. Use this method of grabbing first, then removing your legs untill you are completely comfortable with your grab position on the bike. When you feel you are ready to take this trick to the next level, start working on taking your legs off as you are moving your hand off of the bars and towards the grab hole. In a perfectly extended superman, the legs should be up and over the seat when the grab hand is secured in the grab hole. At that time is the point when you "kick" or extend your legs. When you are bringing your legs back on, pull your pelvis toward the center of the seat with your grab hand. Don't release the grab holeuntil your feet are on or close to the pegs, or your body is centered over the bike. The last thing you want is to land with only one hand on the bars and your body flailing behind the bike. (i can remember a memorable scene in terrafirma 4 when carey hart racked himself doing this) As you practice these, you can work on "jumping " off of the footpegs as you come off the jump. As you leave the jump, focus on getting your body back on the bike as soon as the motorcycle leaves the ground. Think about taking your hand and feet off at the same time. Focus on the grab first, then the leg movements. A lot of freestyle shaped jumps require that you lean forward on the face to compensate for the extreme shift in weight to the rear of the bike.
