Superman
You will want to ease into this trick for sure....
When learning, a good technique to keep in mind and to apply is to lean forward on the bike. Positioning yourself a little further forward than normal will help keep the front end down. That is done in order to maintain control over the motorcycle. As you leave the face of the jump, keep your speed up and your body forward on the bike. When you are in the air, lean forward and pull your chest over the bars. Straiten out your arms as you lean forward. Thats the first motion you will make. When you are making the move towards the fron tof the bike, bend your legs so that your heels are brought up to your rear end. Keep bending your legs or torso so that your knees reach above the seat. Once you have perfected this motion, and you are ready, you can start extending, or "kicking" your legs out paralell to the bike. Keep your cak aligned with your legs as you are doing this. Remember to keep your back and legs parallel to the bike, adjust them by pulling a little with your arms. To come back on, pull your legs back to your body, and rotate your body to the seat as you pull your torso back into position, get your feet in the area above your pegs, and set them down. If your bike lands with your feet slightly above the pegs, little damage will be done as your feet will simply be pressed down onto them. Don't forget the pulling of your legs into your body before setting them on top of the pegs...Doing otherwise would result in a loss of control, as your weight will be off balance.
