"When leaving the ramp/lip , first begin to look behind you toward your back fender. This will put your head behind your shoulders and will bring your butt up to be in alignment with your back ( straight up and down ). Then extend your legs as straight as you can to complete the trick. After extending it the first thing you will need to do to bring it back, is look back toward your handle bars to get your sense of balance back and then tuck your legs back and put them on the pegs as soon as possible. This way you be at least some what prepared for the landing."
